Help Get Behind the Half Billion at Costco this Year

Knowing that children’s hospitals are underfunded, Costco, its members and employees are making a difference by fundraising. They are changemakers whose impact to change kids’ health isn’t just about helping those in critical situations—it’s also about the research, preventive care, health and safety education and other support services that help build healthier communities today and tomorrow.

Easton DeJong, age 7, is Nebraska’s 2021 Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Champion.

During the month of May, you can help us reach the $500 million milestone to change kids’ health! When you shop online or in-warehouse at Costco in Omaha, La Vista or Lincoln, Nebraska, make a donation to help kids like Easton and Elliott.

The Costco fundraising campaign runs through May 31 where funds stay local to directly help kids in our community. Since 2008, Nebraska Costco employees and members have donated $740,631, including $125,671 raised in 2020, to help kids treated at Children’s Hospital & Medical Center.

Costco’s societal impact has transformed patients’ and families’ lives. Through donations collected during the annual campaign, hospitals are able to provide treatments and healing that patients desperately need today so that they can fulfill their potential for tomorrow—ultimately having ripple effects that positively impact our communities and our world for years to come.

Thank you for becoming a changemaker and supporting the effort to reach the $500 million milestone. When we change kids’ health, we change the future – for all of us.
